Behavior Expectations
DELLA S. LINDLEY SCHOOLWIDE BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS
We believe that children should be responsible citizens. Good citizenship is the responsibility of all adults and children at the school. Citizenship and academic performance are closely related. Students will be informed of the schoolwide behavior expectations and be responsible for meeting them.

Pyramid of Success
As part of our goal to maintain high academic and social expectations for our students, we have chosen to partner with Harper for Kids. Through this partnership, we will be implementing Coach John Wooden's Pyramid of Success program at our school because it embodies the belief that all students can achieve their own personal best. This program provides the opportunity for students to demonstrate positive character traits, be leaders in the decision-making process, have control over their behavior, and be responsible to learn, achieve, and succeed in our school community. The staff on our campus is committed to modeling the character traits and identifying and rewarding students who demonstrate them.
